For apps downloaded on Apple platforms, the Apple Standard EULA also applies. A mandatory platform term controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
02Accounts and eligibility
- The Service is intended for business users aged 18 or older. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.
- Provide accurate email, name and company information and protect your credentials. Do not share accounts or use another person’s account.
- You may sign in with email and password or Google, Apple or GitHub. The provider’s terms and availability also apply.
- Board owners invite members and manage access. Use only invitations addressed to you.
03Workboards and user content
You may upload boards, cards, comments, attachments and other work materials. You or the rightful owner keep all rights in that content. You authorize YCSE to store, copy and transmit it only as needed to operate, synchronize, back up and notify through the Service, and to perform AI processing you choose.
- You must have the rights and lawful authority needed to upload content and process workplace personal data.
- Board members can view board content. The owner is responsible for membership, GitHub connections and whether AI is enabled.
- When the board owner approves the GitHub connection, the Service creates the initial work-ledger structure (the
TRALALERO.md router and the initial files under tralalero-nested) as a single commit on the default branch. It adds memory instructions and short links while preserving existing AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md content; for existing connections, it adds missing or outdated instructions only after the owner confirms the update in settings. An existing TRALALERO.md is replaced only after a separate owner confirmation, and its previous content is not carried over. - Later work records and context updates follow the repository memory instructions. A user with repository access reviews and performs the actual change and commit. A branch, commit or PR number that the developer side notes when requesting review is a reference record only; the Service does not verify it against the repository.
- The board owner can turn on GitHub issue cards for each board (off by default). When it is on, each issue that an owner, member or collaborator of the connected repository newly opens becomes a request card with its title and body unchanged, and the board owner is shown as the requester. However, a title longer than 120 characters is shortened (the full title is placed at the top of the body), a body shorter than 10 characters has the title added in front of it, and content longer than 4,000 characters is cut to its beginning with a note on the card saying so. Issues opened by bots or other users, and issues opened before the feature was turned on, are not imported. Links, code and secrets written in the body are not filtered; the card is visible to every board member, including customers, and its title appears in notifications. Imported issue content is treated as content uploaded by the board owner who turned the feature on, and that owner is responsible for the right to upload it and gives the warranties for it.
- The Service does not automatically alter repository code and is not a substitute for source control, statutory records or independent backups.
04AI, GitHub and remote MCP
AI features
On a board whose owner connected GitHub and meets the AI access conditions, AI processing may start when a member creates a card, when the requester answers an AI clarification question, or when a development-side user requests optional re-estimation or a work plan. On a board whose owner turned on GitHub issue cards, each card that feature creates also starts one automatic estimate, which counts against the board owner’s AI usage. Copying, sharing or retrieving a work prompt through MCP does not itself make a new AI call. Card text, comments, supported text attachments, up to four selected images, selected GitHub files and the work ledger, related Git history and PR summaries, and limited diffs may then be sent to the AI inference providers (Anthropic and, as a fallback, OpenRouter and its downstream inference providers). The Privacy Policy describes the scope, purpose, storage and retention handling.
AI output is a draft. Estimates, plans and prompts may be inaccurate or incomplete. A person must review them before making contractual, scheduling, security or deployment decisions.
GitHub App
Only repositories selected by the owner are connected. Repository metadata, selected files and related Git history are read to build AI context. The installation permission includes content read and write, but writes are used only for the work-ledger setup and addition of missing memory instructions described in section 03 and never for other code changes. Access can be disconnected in Tralalero or GitHub. If the installation owner approves issue read access, the Service uses it only to create cards for the GitHub issue cards feature that the board owner turned on, not to build AI context. The Service writes nothing to GitHub issues, and editing or closing an issue on GitHub does not change a card already created.
Future repository automation
If features for cloning, analyzing or modifying code, running commands or tests, or creating branches, commits or pull requests are offered in the future, they operate only when the board owner explicitly enables or runs them for the identified repository and on-screen scope. Merge, deployment, release and destructive operations are high-risk permissions that require separate activation for the identified action and environment; they are not enabled by default.
Remote MCP
A personal access token lets a connected coding agent read or perform permitted board actions. The plaintext token is not shown again. Keep it safe and revoke it immediately if exposed or no longer needed.
05Subscriptions, trials and payment
- The price, term, included features and introductory-trial eligibility shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play immediately before purchase control.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless the store says otherwise. Cancel in the store account settings before the next charge. Deleting the app or your Tralalero account does not cancel a subscription.
- Restoration checks both the store account and the Tralalero account to which the purchase is bound. One purchase cannot be used by multiple Tralalero accounts at once.
- Cancellations and refunds follow applicable law and the policy of the store where you purchased. Request them from that store.
- Apple and Google retain store transaction records under their own policies and applicable law. YCSE does not receive payment-card numbers and processes only the store transaction identifiers and status needed to provide the subscription.
- Monthly AI usage is measured against the limit shown in the app and does not roll over.
06Prohibited conduct, reports and action
Do not upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, hateful or sexually exploitative content, malware, or another person’s confidential material, and do not bypass security, quotas or permissions.
Report content or users through the in-app report and block tools or at admin@ycse.kr. YCSE may hide or remove content, remove members, restrict features or suspend accounts after review. Reports and actions are retained for 90 days after receipt; a legal or active-dispute hold may be isolated until its reason ends. Report an immediate safety threat to the appropriate authority as well.
YCSE may take temporary action without prior notice to prevent a clear and serious harm. Where practicable, we will explain the action and how to appeal.
07Intellectual property and feedback
YCSE or its licensors own Tralalero software, branding, design and operational materials. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable right to use the Service normally. We may use product feedback to improve the Service without identifying you.
08Changes, interruption and termination
We may change or temporarily suspend features for security, legal compliance, third-party changes or product improvement. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where possible, but urgent security action or events beyond our control may be explained afterward.
You may cancel a subscription or delete your account at any time. YCSE may restrict access for a breach, security risk or legal requirement. If a paid feature is materially reduced or discontinued, we will provide notice and remedies required by law and store policy.
09Account deletion
You may request deletion directly under “Account & privacy” in Settings. Access is blocked immediately and deletion from active systems completes within 24 hours. A completion confirmation is sent to the registered email after every deletion succeeds. See Account and data deletion for the exact scope and retention exceptions.
Boards you own are deleted too. The complete board—including other members’ content—is permanently deleted. Ownership transfer is not available, so export or save needed information elsewhere before requesting deletion.
Consumer-complaint or dispute records actually received by YCSE, and short-lived security or recovery copies, are isolated only when required by law or a published retention period and are then deleted. Raw store transaction data held by YCSE is removed with the account, but Apple and Google transaction records may remain under each store’s policy and applicable law. If a safety report remains, UID and name fields for the reporter, target or author are de-identified; limited reason, status and target-type data remains until its 90-day expiry. Deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Play subscription.
10Liability, amendments and disputes
YCSE operates the Service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee against every interruption or loss caused by networks, stores, Firebase, AI providers, GitHub, user configuration, user content or AI output. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights that consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
We will notify you in the app or by registered email before a material amendment takes effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete the account before that date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes are submitted to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
